FACILITATOR & DIDACT
Seed cast upon the Earth during the fertile Spring of 1979 in Freiburg im Braisgau, Germany. Roots stretched and flowers blossomed in Oporto. I’m a licensed Biodanza Facilitator from the Rolando Toro System by the Biodanza School SRT of Porto and Portugal. I have my degree in Clinical Psycopedogagy, and after that I trained in Gestalt Therapy. Participated in several Theater and Dance workshops. Essential Reiki Master. Facilitated groups of development of personal skills, using Transactional Analysis; groups of Relaxation; and groups of Dramatic Expression (children, adults and seniors). I was at service of "Teléfono Internacional de la Esperanza" and worked for a few years as a Pedagogy Teacher in the IEFP’s (Portuguese job center) Training of Education Agents Project. Today I facilitate 3 Biodanza Regular Groups. I’m also part of the faculty, at the Superior Institute of Applied Psychology post-graduation “Therapy by Expressive Arts and Human Development”. I am, as an old friend says, a mutant apprentice of life.

This is the privileged space to deepen all the potential that Biodanza offers. Every month we explore different themes, all of them with a psychological and community dimension, which allows us to become, in a structured way, the best version of ourselves. Among these themes: Lines of Vivência, Human Movement, 4 Animals, 4 Elements, Greek Mythology, Hindu Mythology, etc.
INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOPS
Here we investigate, in a deep and intense way, themes that essentially touch our individual reality and how it connects with our ancient and archetypal reality.
There is a set of themes that I have been preparing and creating over the years and that I am pleased to be able to present in a variety of countries: Spain, France, Holland, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Greece, Lithuania, Germany, Canada. Among these themes: "Rescue of the Archetypes". "Creativity Chaos and the Return of the Sacred" "Alchemy of the 4 Elements" "Sexuality, Love and Transcendence", "Creativity Laboratory", “Pedagogy of Love”, etc.

Festivals and ceremonies
Working at festivals for more than 10 years, both in Portugal and abroad, I realize that they are a very special area of contact with the Great Human Tribe, for many people it’s a first contact with the reality that we are a living unit, and that through dance and meeting we can access this fundamental reality. For me these spaces have been a stage where Magic can present itself in its greatest splendor.
AQUATIC BIODANZA
“Ancient and essential the ocean is the mother of mothers”
Whether we like it or not we are all aquatic creatures, water has an archetypal image associated with the origin of life. The first living things were generated in the cosmic womb of the oceans; this methodology brings a fundamental dive in the root of our own History as living beings.

These experiences are a Fertile Place for the Meeting of the Natural Child, who lives in the Adult, and the Chronological Child who very Genuinely lives inside the spontaneity of the Moment. We focus on the discovery of the Self and of the Other through play, and dancing “adventure stories” created just for this! Archimedes said: “Playing is a fundamental condition to be serious".
CERIMONIES & RITUALS
In these meetings my intention is to be able to create a sacred space,
where we can immerse ourselves in the sensitive kingdoms, hitchhike with the Natural cycles (solstices, equinoxes and others) and create experiential atmospheres that allow to ritual of the encounter between humans connecting deeper and with more meaning.
COMPANIES
When applied in the workplace, the proposal is:
- To optimize the relationship between the worker and the company, finding, through fluidity, the necessary balance between individuality and the Unit;
- Promotion of the driving force necessary to fulfill the objectives of the business unit, in close correlation with the development of the specificity and uniqueness of each individual that creates it, assuming a systemic perspective;
- Stimulation of relationships of affinity with partners, promoting and developing empathy, assertiveness and companionship;
- Discover the Person beyond the worker.
